Oh Boy! My first shout out for the New Year!

Shout out goes to Stan Geels, Owner of Stella's Coffeehaus, Denver, CO!
-was meeting this morning with a new client - Andrea Hall, Esq...and, we decided to sit outside...but, it was a bit chilly...well, there was this fire pit next to where we sat down...but, no fire. So, of course, I began fumbling with the controls... never really a great idea when fire is involved : ) ... So, then, from out of nowhere, comes this smiling, helpful gentleman who proceeds to "fire up" the fire pit! He even cleaned the cig butts out first! Then he held out his big warm hand, and said, "Hi, I'm Stan. Welcome to Stella's!

Soooo!...what makes a difference in a tough economy (...no recession here!...Stan's place was packed - thatz why we sat outside)....? Genuine, friendly, warm (literally)... good old fashioned
